I have found some of the same sysmtons as in the images and would like to know how I can treat it,can anyone help?
Management of Japanese maple scale can be accomplished a couple of ways. First, correctly identify which scale species it is you have infesting your plants. Many armored scale species can look similar to each other. A sample sent into the diagnostic clinic (no charge) can help clarify the species. The host plant is important to include with the sample. Horticultural oil applied at a higher concentration (dormant oil application) before the plant begins to be active this spring is a start. Timing of other applications is dependent on species of scale, and is something I prefer not to recommend unless I see the insect itself to be sure as to which pest species is present. I just want to be certain to maximize your efforts (and minimize costs) as you go to manage this pest.
