“Late blight has been found on two tomato fields near Chester and Long Valley in Morris County, New Jersey. This is the first report of late blight in the state and region to date”-Andy Wyandt Rutgers

With the recent wet weather, it is not surprising that late blight has been detected.  Tomato and potato growers should scout for the disease ASAP and consider incorporating an oomycete material in rotations.
