ServSafe® is a nationally recognized, premiere food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.  Delaware Food and Consumer Science Educators (FCS) are certified to teach the class, which is usually conducted in one day, culminating in a certification examination that meets Delaware Food Code requirements.  This certification program is designed primarily for food service managers and chefs who are responsible for the overall food safety of the operation.

Classes are scheduled in the three counties throughout the year or special arrangements can be made to conduct the training onsite.
