The curriculum is designed for volunteer quantity food preparers who prepare foods for crowds as fundraisers and community events. Food Safety basis-keep food hot, keep food cold, and keep food clean (and everything around it) clean are presented. In addition, the class features food safety risks that are unique when cooking large volumes of food and how to reduce those risks so that the food prepared is both safe and delicious.
