A weekend conference for teams of 2-4 teens and an adult volunteer from all over the Northeast. Get the latest information on healthy living and take back ideas to your community for projects to improve the health of your school and community.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: The conference includes hotel room, workshops, speakers, dance, t-shirt, and great food…all in a setting on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk!

WORKSHOP AND ROUNDTABLE SESSIONS:
Conference attendees will have an opportunity to attend workshops with three different healthy living categories including fitness & nutrition, emotional & mental wellness, and personal & community development. In addition to these workshops, youth will attend roundtable sessions that will cover important topics like service-learning projects, community issue mapping, evaluation and more. By the end of the conference, teams should have a good idea of varying healthy living issues within their communities and understand how to help reduce these problems.
